Department of Labor

  • A special New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) section for businesses looking to recruit job applicants with disabilities.
  • One Stop locations in your community provide information and resources to support recruitment and employment of workers with disabilities. (www.labor.ny.gov/workforcenypartners/osview.asp)

Vocational Rehabilitation

  • The Office of Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) provides no cost candidate referral and support services to employers and their employees with disabilities across New York State. (http://www.acces.nysed.gov)
  • Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped (CBVH) provides no cost candidate referral and support services to employers and their employees with disabilities across New York State. (www.ocfs.state.ny.us/main/cbvh/employers.asp)
